SONOFF 4CH PRO R3 is the new version of the 4CH PRO R2, a 4-channel smart switch that allows you to automate your home and control 4 of your desired electrical appliances, either together or individually, with the EWeLink app, voice with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, or with a 433MHz fixed frequency remote control. Set the timers you want by selecting countdown, schedule or recurring timers. Create different scenarios, group devices by switching on/off multiple devices in your home with a single touch or at set and scripted times. Link your EWeLink app to the IFTTT app and expand your scripting possibilities. Share Wi-Fi control with unlimited users. The device allows you to configure LAN management without a cloud server, like Home Assistant, openHAB, ioBroker, etc.
The new 4CHR3 and 4CHPROR3 versions differ from the 4CHPR2 and 4CHPROR2 in that the self-lock, lockout and pulse activation modes can be set in the eWeLink application rather than physically on the switch itself, making it much easier to configure the required settings. Self-locking mode allows individual control of 4 channels, i.e. 4 connected devices. The lock mode allows only one channel to be switched on at a time, while the other 3 are automatically switched off. The pulse mode allows the unit to be switched on by holding the button for 0.5 - 3600 sec.
The difference between the Sonoff 4CHR3 and the Sonoff 4CHPROR3 is defined by the fact that only the 4CHPROR3 can be additionally controlled by a radio frequency remote control and only this version has a supply voltage of 100-240V AC or 9-23V DC, while the relays (4pcs) in the device can be powered at any voltage or used as switches.
