W25Q64 (64Mbit) serial flash provides a storage solution for systems and microcontrollers. The 25Q series offers flexibility and performance far superior to conventional serial flash devices. It allows code execution directly from Dual/Quad SPI (XIP) and stores voice, text and data. It operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply with a low power consumption of 5 mA.
