Design and Operation

The digital display is divided into two temperature indication areas:

• The upper section displays the indoor temperature measured by the built-in sensor.
• The lower section displays the temperature measured by the wired external sensor.

The MAX/MIN button allows users to view previously recorded maximum and minimum temperatures for both measurement channels. Recorded values can be cleared using the corresponding control button.

When no button is pressed for 15 seconds during MAX/MIN viewing, the thermometer automatically returns to the current temperature display.

The housing features a stand for tabletop installation and a mounting point for hanging the thermometer on a wall. The battery compartment is accessible for battery replacement.

Important Operating and Safety Notes

• Keep the main unit away from radiators, other heat sources and direct sunlight to prevent distorted temperature readings.
• The external sensor cable may be routed through a window seal. Protect it from sharp window-frame edges and excessive compression.
