The FNIRSI 1014D is a dual-channel digital oscilloscope with an integrated DDS function generator. Compared with other oscilloscopes in a similar class, the instrument stands out by combining two independent measurement channels, up to 100 MHz analogue bandwidth, up to 1 GSa/s real-time sampling rate and an integrated 12-waveform signal generator.
