Product Description

The FNIRSI 1014D is a 2-channel digital oscilloscope with an integrated DDS signal generator. The instrument is designed for measuring, monitoring and analyzing analog and digital signals in electronics design, repair and laboratory applications.

The oscilloscope features a 100 MHz analog bandwidth, up to 1 GSa/s real-time sampling rate, and a 7-inch 800 × 480 TFT display. Integrated FFT spectrum analysis, automatic measurements, cursor measurements and one-button AUTO setup provide essential measurement and analysis functions.

The integrated DDS signal generator supports 14 standard waveform types and can be used for circuit testing and debugging. Measurement data can be transferred to a computer via the USB interface.
