Instructions for use:
Switching the product on and off:
The product has no switch, automatically turns on when power is connected, turns off when power is cut off.
Switching the language:
Hold down the "menu/M" button and then turn on the power, the main interface window will appear on the screen, release the "menu/M" button, wait 10 seconds and turn off to switch the language after recharging. Channel switching display:
Each channel is independent and does not interfere with each other, press the "channel / CHN" button to switch the displayed channel, so you can view and set the parameters of each channel.
Internal resistance test:
Insert the battery, turn on the power, wait 10 seconds, the display will show the voltage of the battery and the results of internal resistance test. This product uses the two-wire DC method for the internal resistance test, due to limitations of the testing principle it may not be possible to identify the battery, the internal resistance is always displayed as 9999. If no battery is installed, the test circuit is open, which is equivalent to infinite resistance, and the internal resistance is shown as 9999 milliohms.
Charging function (not suitable for charging lithium iron phosphate batteries):
Insert the battery into the holder, switch to "charging" mode, press "start/stop/R/S" to start the program; charging is complete when the status indication shows "finished"; the charging process records the capacitance, the energy, the charging time, the measurements of the charge capacitance are for reference only, use the discharge capacitance for the purpose.
Capacity test:
Capacity test requires discharging, takes time, capacity is tested by discharging through resistance, heat from resistance can cause high temperature, do not touch directly to avoid burns. Capacitance test results only reflect the capacitance measured from the start of the discharge to the stop.
Battery Capacitance Allocation and Cycle Start:
Capacitance Allocation and Cycle Start is part of the process that includes charging, discharging and recharging, the stopping voltage must not be less than 2.8V, otherwise the battery will not be charged and the program will not work properly.
Data zeroing:
When switching off, changing the mode, capacity, energy, time data are automatically zeroed.
