Description
2UUL pre-cut thermal silicone pads, 12 × 12 × 1.5 mm, are compliant, electrically insulating thermal interface materials designed to improve heat transfer between electronic components and heatsinks or other cooling elements.
The pads are manufactured from a silicone elastomer with high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance. They are suitable for use on IC packages, CPU, GPU, RAM modules, SSD controllers and other heat‑generating devices.
Each pad is pre-cut to 12 × 12 × 1.5 mm to match the footprint of common components. Supplied in a pack of 100 pieces for convenient handling and storage. When heating assemblies with a hot‑air / rework station, the pads also provide mechanical damping and help minimise displacement of adjacent SMD components.
