Solder rosin is the main flux used in electronics.
Often used as a liquid flux base (25% solution in isopropyl alcohol).
This greatly facilitates the soldering process and protects against oxidation.
Recommended for soldering galvanised, copper, silver and nickel plated items
Ideal for applications where fluxed solder is not sufficient.
