Description

The relay module can operate in seven user-selectable modes based on individual needs.
The system power ground is not connected to the signal ground, but can be shared after connecting a GND T to GND jumper over the ARK2 signal connector. The advantage of the system is that the settings are retained after power failure, so the user can have peace of mind when there is no mains power, and the module will start normal operation when power is applied.
An additional "STOP" button allows to immediately stop - deactivate the relay.

Description of switching modes:

After powering up and waiting, press the "SET" button for about 4 seconds. then the current operating mode number is displayed. To change it, press "UP" or "DOWN" buttons and confirm the new mode by pressing "SET" button and move to the next parameter. Then, depending on the selected mode, we set the following parameters "OP", "LC", "LOP".Having set the time, we can choose from a range from 0.1 sec. to 999 min. with the "STOP" button move the decimal point, so we can set such wide ranges, if it is lit after the third digit, the time is set in seconds, if after 2 digits - in tenths of seconds (0.1 sec), and when all 3 are lit, then also min. Press the SET button to go to the next settings, hold down the SET button for 3 seconds to confirm them.

Description of the abbreviations OP, CL, LOP.

These are letters for operation time, delay and number of repetitions.
OP - relay on time
CL - relay off time
LOP - number of repetitions

The modes of operation of the electronic relay:

P1.1 - Relay off. After the signal is applied to the input TRIG, the relay turns on for the preset time - OP. After the countdown shown on the display, the relay returns to the off state. The relay is switched on again after the resumed TRIG signal is applied.

P1.2 is a sub-mode of P1.1. Twin compared to 1.1, the difference is that when the relay is on, a TRIG signal resets the counter to 0 and the countdown starts again.

P1.3 is a sub-mode of P1.1. The only difference is that while the relay is on, the TRIG signal is applied again and the relay is immediately switched off.

P2 - relay off. After the signal is applied, the relay turns on with a preset delay - CL. After expiration of OP time (time of relay switching on) the relay is switched off again. Example: OP - 10 sec, CL - 5 sec. After applying the signal to TRIG the relay will turn on after 5 seconds and for 10 seconds. it will be on, then it will turn off.

P3.1 - relay off. After the signal is applied, the time relay will turn on - OP. After that it will hang up in time - CL. The number of repetitions is determined by the function - LOP.
Example: OP- 10 sec. CL- 2 sec. LOP - 2 times. After the signal the relay will turn on for 10 sec. (OP), then hangs up for 2 seconds. - (CL), then everything will repeat again (LOP - 2). If the TRIG signal is given during the program execution, the settings are stopped and the defaults are restored.

P3.2 - After power-up the relay will be switched on for time - OP, then it will be switched off for time - CL. The whole program will be executed as many times as was written in the -LOP function. If the LOP function is not set (---), the whole procedure will run forever. In this mode the TRIG input is inactive!

P-4 - the relay is off. Once the signal is applied, the relay will turn on and stay on as long as the TRIG signal is present. After the TRIG signal is off, the relay will be deactivated after the OP time has elapsed.

Technical data

Supply voltage 6 - 20 VDC + micro USB 5 V supply input
maximum current 20 mA (50 mA if relay is on)
output load: 10A
Time ranges: 0.1 sec to 999 min (STOP button moves decimal point).
operating temperature -40 to 80 degrees Celsius
Dimensions: 63 x 38 x 19 mm
Distance between mounting holes: 57 x 32 mm
TRIG voltage - 3 - 24VDC (TRIG ground is not common with the power supply ground to avoid interference at the TRIG input from the supply voltage, but can be changed by shorting the jumper marked GND_T to GND)

Description of the module outputs:

OUT +, OUT- - output
6 - 30V - module power plus
GND - module power ground
Trigger-Relay Trigger Input
GND_T - relay trigger ground
