Construction and materials
The switch is designed for operation in environments with potential mechanical and thermal stress. The top decorative part is made of stainless steel, while the main body is manufactured from PA66 nylon, providing high resistance to temperature and mechanical impact.
When a silicone IP65 protective cap is used, additional sealing is provided against dust, water splashes and oil. The contacts and terminals are made of brass (H62) to ensure low contact resistance and good mechanical durability.
Mounting instructions
- Prepare a rectangular panel cut-out with dimensions 30 × 22 mm.
- Insert the switch into the cut-out – the side snap-in latches must fully engage with the panel edges.
- When using the IP65 protective cap, ensure that the cap sits flush against the panel surface and uniformly encloses the switch bezel.
